Training the “Core” muscles while they do their normal workout routine with twice the benefits. Please excuse the tip of the finger in the viewing area. This was a quick opportunity to get some video footage. These elite athletes are working the “Core”. quads, glutes, hams, hip, hip flexor, explosion, power, hip rotation, endurance.
