End of the World in 2012 – Game Over?

Numerous conspiracy theories, religious texts and prophecies predicts the end of the world in 2012. Will it be “game over” for planet earth on december 21. 2012? I will now share my thoughts on this issue.

About 2 years ago, I got really interested in the ancient Mayans and basically everything related to the 2012 doomsday. I came across tons of theories and opinions, many of which were groundless scare tactics, while others were quite significant and noteworthy.

I can’t count how many people I’ve talked to who dismiss all 2012 predictions without even knowing any details about the prediction they just dismissed. Following the flock and saying no to every theory that suggest things out of the ordinary, and to treat these like nonsense is simple, but a smart person like yourself knows this really is nothing but closed mindedness, and not the path to true understanding.

This may be obvious, but the media, as with any other business, wants to earn money. I’m sure you’ve seen a few documentaries about 2012. Pretty much all of these contain false or misleading information, designed to make people interested and not change the channel, instead of giving you the accurate information you have the right to know. I’ts also worth noting that the government does not want you to be aware of certain important 2012 related information.

So will it be the end of the world in 2012? Nobody can know this for sure, but I believe something important is going to happen.

Please listen carafully! There is a website that will answer all your questions about 2012, and give you the real truth! I highly recommend it! To find out if it’s the end of the world in 2012, visit this website: http://www.2012-reality.info/

  1. Who cares about Eurovision song? We need athletes for the 2012 olympics.?
What’s anyone doing to train for this once in a life-time event/ oppurtunity? I know its raining, but I honestly think there’s an athletics field near you that will help you get guff for the other sex as well as maybe bring our country back to its glory days.

Athetics (running/jumping/etc.) Boxing. Fencing. Archery. Shooting. Tennis. Hockey. Lacrosse. Rugby. Many more.
Whatever, one can be cynical until blue however medals mean prizes, Regardless of the illegal drugs being used. If they don’t get banned for using this supplements then surely the extra kick is a legitimate part of the sportsmans repertoire.

    • What is all the fuss about, singing, acting, sport. These things seem to have overtaken all that is important in life for superficiality. Sad lot. It all boils down to money really. Even in the Olympic field. When these were armature everybody wanted the attempt to glory. Now money comes into it only those that have proven themselves in someway and there may be a chance of a medal are chosen. So why bother.

  2. Olympics 2012 (LONDON)?
I just wondered, do any of you know the locations of each event?
E.g. I know that Weymouth is going to host the sailing but I would like to know about all the other events too such as athletics, boxing etc.
If you’ve got a source, that’ll be great!

    Thanks in advance.

  3. Was anyone granted tickets to the London Olympic Games in 2012?
I was just wondering if anyone else applied, and was successful in obtaining the tickets. I received an email notification that I was granted tickets to events like the football gold medal game, rhythmic gymnastics individual gold medal round, the finals in numerous events of swimming, the finals in athletics (track and field), as well as the gold medal match in women’s volleyball. Now, I realize I was extremely lucky in this process; however, I am at a bit of a crossroads. I can’t afford to see all these events, the tickets are highly priced and to be honest its just more that I thought I would get. Unfortunately, I can only purchase the tickets all together, or defer the payment and lose them all. My question to you guys is how likely is it that I can sell the tickets that I don’t want for face value (or can I get more for them)? If anyone else is in the same boat as me, or knows any relevant information/ can link me to a website that would me much appreciated. Thanks!

    • The London 2012 ticketing office will set up a “ticket exchange” where you can re-sell/sell back your tickets at face value. As far as I know, this won’t happen until a couple of months from now so most likely your account will be debited for the total. I haven’t received an e-mail like you but my account was already charged for something… So I either got gold medal football tickets or opening ceremony tickets (I only applied for those two).. I’m hoping it’s the opening ceremony, although I could see a bigger chance of getting the football ones.

  4. When and where were the first olympic games held?
Can you help me outt?? THERE ALL ABOUT THE 2008 OLYMPICS BTW.
When & where were the first Olympic Games held?
    How often are they held?
How many countries took part in 2008?
    How many Competitors took part?
How many people were there in the GB Team (including coaches, physios etc) in 2008?
How many Team events were there in 2008?
How many Individual events were there?
    How many medals were awarded?
How much did it cost China to hold the games?
When and where is the opening ceremony for 2012?
Why is there an Olympic Torch?
Where is the GB training camp going to be for 2012?
Where will the UK Athletics stadium be for 2012?

Be reallly happy if you can help :-)

    • 1st olymics were held in 776 BC in Olympia, Greece. Olympics are held every 4 years (in a year that is divisible by 4).

I can’t be arsed to answer all the rest of the questions as that would take me half an hour plus this looks like your homework question. Read up about it yourself.

  5. What are the chances of getting 2012 Olympic tickets?
My family has applied for Olympic tickets in Diving, Swimming, Athletics and the Opening Ceremony. I know that it is likely these events will be oversubscribed, and then it will go down to a ballot. If so, what is the likely hood that:
    1 – I will get a ticket in each individual event (e.g. Swimming 30%, Diving 20%)
2 – I will get tickets for at least 1 of the events.
    3 – I will get all tickets.

    Thank you!
Ashley – I’ve already looked on Google and I cannot find out. That is why I am asking on YahooAnswers.
